Out of the three brances of ASUPS, the Judicial Branch gets by far the least visibility. But that should not be taken as any indicator of its importance; student contribution on the Judicial Branch ensures a student voice in the entire conduct system. Having students be such an integral part of our conduct system is an immense privilege, one that we consider a responsibility to take advantage of.
There are two main ways that students can get involved in the student conduct system, and they are arranged in a hierarchical manner [that is, Honor Court members normally serve first on Peer Board].

Honor Court is kind of the “next level” of the Judicial Branch, and appointments to these positions are done with much selectivity. Here is a brief overview of the role and purview of the Honor Court:
